I had the pleasure of training in pilates with Erica from Core Athletica for the six weeks before my last half marathon, and let me tell you, the results and difference I felt in my body was  astounding.  It is just SO good for you.  As I was working out with her, she shared with me that she also specializes in prenatal and postnatal fitness and recently launched (like this week!) a BRAND new, awesome site called Knocked Up Fitness for you  mamas-to-be!

And her blog is not going to be just another fitness site for pregnant moms, it will for sure be your go to site for REAL talk about fitness during pregnancy and beyond.  Erica wants to connect with you, answer YOUR questions, and help you have the best, most fit pregnancy possible. She will even be featuring videos on different exercises (coming soon!)

And for you local pregnant mamas, I am excited to share that Erica will be at Xpecting Maternity boutique (my FAVORITE maternity store!)  tomorrow night from 6pm – 7pm to host a free prenatal fitness workshop. She will be sharing the benefits of exercising while pregnant, demonstrating sample exercises and sharing certain modifications you will want to make to workout safely with your baby bump!
