Apriori Beauty Giveaway!

Several months back, I connected with Candy Dye (or rather @CandyDye!), a consultant for Apriori Beauty on Twitter. Her positive and uplifting attitude definitely shone through in her tweets as did her passion for the skin care line she represents.

Candy contacted me about becoming a Tiny Oranges sponsor, which is how I came to learn more about the company and try their fabulous products. Make sure to keep reading below because Candy is giving away a $50 gift card this week to shop on her site!

Their skin care lines are all about defying the aging  process.  As a thirty-something, or never mind, I will just say it, as a 36 1/2 year old woman, my skin has recently become a big concern of mine.   This past year between the normal daily stresses along with my age, I have started to see more and more fine lines and wrinkles than ever before. Boo!

I asked Candy to explain a little more on how their products work and this is what she wrote…

“Consumers are increasingly seeking “anti-aging” cosmetic products which treat the visible signs of natural and environmental aging, such as wrinkles, lines, sagging, hyperpigmentation, and age spots. The problem is, products that only focus on treating the signs of aging are not proactive!

This is what sets Apriori Beauty apart from the rest – Apriori Beauty sought to take an innovative approach to targeting the causes of aging, not just the symptoms by introducing Cellular Age Advantage , a proactive, internal + external approach that utilizes the Nutrient Reservoir to address the core causes of cellular aging!

Why the systematic approach? Topical and internal applications both have their advantages and disadvantages. The Cellular Age Advantage “Whole Body” system utilizes the advantages of each to offer unprecedented results!

Aging never looked so beautiful … you can enjoy visibly younger looking skin with the Celloxylin system of skin, treatment and body products. Celloxylin is the cell-oxygen link protection and prevention on an external skin surface level. A 5-step, 6 product system for face works at the cellular level to reduce the signs of aging and proactively nourish and protect cells from oxidative stress. Two complimenting, first-ever treatment products and an in-home skin treatment machine will intensify the benefits of this age-defying system for face. Two other products extend the benefits of Celloxylin and the Nutrient Reservoir™  to the body.”

Candy was kind enough to send me three products to try and I was extremely impressed with how they worked and felt on my skin.

The Creme Cleanser is the first I used and I found it to be extremely gentle and moisturizing.  My face feels very soft and smooth after using it and it was an especially great cleanser to use these past few months when the air was so dry. I loved being able to cleanse and not have that “tight” feeling afterwards because that always makes me feel like it will exaggerate my lines.

Believe it or not, since I have extremely sensitive skin, I have never used a specific eye cream because all the creams I have used in the past have stung and irritated my eyes. But I gave their Eye + Lip Age Eraser a try and can safely say this is the first eye cream that has not irritated my skin.  It is very gentle and deeply moisturizing.  I feel so much better knowing that all my little crow’s feet and upper lip are getting soaked in this cream overnight!

At night I use the Night Repair 3Deep moisturizer after cleansing and it is really luxurious.  I love a moisturizer that you can actually FEEL working on your skin and it made my skin feel so soft and smooth in the morning.

Seems like the more I read about the battle of the lines and wrinkles, the more it seems like a GOOD moisturizer is KEY!

So, if you are in the “battle against the fine lines” like me – you will love these products and the difference it will make on your skin!

Also, you should also note that in each product there is…

* Zero SLS or SLES

* Zero parabens

* Zero synthetic fragrances or dyes

* Zero harsh or toxic chemicals

* Zero animal ingredients or testing

And on all their products you can see a list of  ingredients, FAQs and the ingredient safety rating.

    I would love to try the Night Repair 3Deep, for two reasons: 1) I generally get good results from night repair-type products and would like to see how this stacks up against some I’ve tried (and spent a lot of $$ for), and 2) You used my favorite word to describe it–LUXURIOUS!
