Spa Week Fall Event returns next week to the west coast, September 13th - 19th, 2010 and there is no better time to treat yourself to a little R & R with $50 treatments offered at select spas.

With the kids now back at school I hope you might be able to grab a few hours to yourself {<--imagine that!} to recharge! And even if your kids are not in school yet, with a $50 treatment, it might make it easier to justify a few hours of sitter to give you a little break!

As a mom there is a first time for everything. Unfortunately last Monday that meant our first experience with a broken bone.
