New Parent Class – Breastfeeding & Baby Care
Saturday, June 23rd, 1 – 4pm
This is a comprehensive class for pregnant women and their support person/partner to learn how to breastfeed and care for your newborn baby. The class is limited to 5 – 8 pregnant women (plus a support person) so that each couple has time to digest the information and receive personal attention.

Baby Sing and Sign – Signing Storytime and Songs
Thursdays at 1pm
Children love to sing, listen to music and dance to different songs with various rhythms and beats. In this class, the ASL signs are taught that go along with the traditional children’s songs as well as new modern songs. Singing, games, books, signing and FUN!
Class runs weekly on Thursdays and cost is $12/class.

Movie Night – “Being Dad”
Thursday, June 28th at 7:00pm
Being Dad features dozens of new dads from all over the country who share the thoughts, fears, concerns and joys they experienced from the first time they heard, “Honey, I’m pregnant!” through the first time they held their newborn child.
Children welcome to attend.
Free to attend; donation of $5 per person to DASC is appreciated and also enters you into a raffle. DASC is a non-profit community of doulas. Click here to sign up.
Breastfeeding Support Group
Wednesdays at 1pm
The breastfeeding support group at Granola Babies is an inviting, friendly and welcoming group for mothers. Children are welcomed and there’s a comfortable sofa for nursing. You’ll receive both education and breastfeeding support for a successful breastfeeding relationship with your child. Each week also features a different parenting topic.
Pre and post baby weigh check available to measure milk intake.
Free to attend; no reservation required.
Gymboree Play & Music “On the Go” for Little Toddlers (10 – 22 months)
Tuesdays at 10:15 – 10:45am July 10th – July 31st
Join Gymboree “On the Go” to laugh, learn, play and grow! Enjoy special activities designed to support your little toddler’s physical, cognitive and social growth as they begin moving and exploring the world. Each week will include parachute, bubble games, and a rockin’ musical dance party with fun instruments, songs, finger plays and activities.
Classes are parent-child participation. Class is held once a week for 30 minutes and cost is $35 for a 4 week session (7/10 – 7/31.) Registration required. Click here to sign up.
