Piggy Pancakes

 
Friends of ours hosted a darling Valentine’s Day Brunch for our toddlers and the adults this past weekend.  On the menu for the little pint sized guests were piggy pancakes!   They were a hit with the kids and adults alike!

To make, first make one larger pancake for the head, then top with a smaller pancake for the snout.  For the ears, simply make a sanddollar size pancake, and cut in half.  Use blueberries for the eyes and nose holes.   I thought this was a fun idea to share for a special weekend breakfast, birthday or brunch.   Kudos to our innovative hostess for such a fun idea!
