Places to Donate Gently Used Maternity and Baby Clothes in OC

Maternity-Clothes

I had a friend ask me the other day for places to donate gently used maternity and baby clothes in Orange County so I posted on my Tiny Oranges Facebook page to see if anyone had a suggestion.

Within one evening, I got 14 responses of great local OC charities. I love Facebook! I wanted to do a post listing these organizations in case you have items you no longer need and want to donate to local families who can use your help.  Your donations make a difference.

Of course, I know there are MANY more, so please comment below if you want to add to this list!   And, please do “like” my Facebook page as my readers have the best info to share!

  1. My friend just reccommended your page because I wanted to donate some gently used items. My first thought was Orangewood which you have posted. There website clearly sates they can only accept new items. Just thought I would let you know. I will look into some of the others. Thanks for the tips.

    1. Thank you so much for the comment. I know the website says that, but I called to double check, and as long as items are GENTLY used, they will still accept them :).

  2. Thank you for the post. This helps having all the info in one spot. Any info on charities benefiting underage moms in oc or south oc?

  3. Hi there,

I work with a non-profit called Young Life. We have a fairly new program in Orange County called YoungLives that is a mentor program to teen moms. We are always in need of baby item donations. I wasn’t sure how to contact Kim who asked if you know of any programs for underage moms. We serve girls aged 12-19. Feel free to contact me at myrnabittar@gmail.com.

  4. I have a crib, baby blankets and crib comforter set to donate. Trying to find a good place that actually needs these items… ?
