Bricks 4 Kidz Irvine OC LEGO Winter Camp

Do you have any LEGO fans in your household?  If yes, this Bricks 4 Kidz OC LEGO Winter Camp might be the perfect gift to put under the tree this year! Plus, they are offering Tiny Oranges readers a super deal to save money if you register by 12/21/12. Here is the information on the two winter camps!

Bricks 4 Kidz LEGO Master Builder Academy at UC Irvine

This multi-level program will teach kids the best building tips, tricks and techniques in the business, all from the same designers who create the official LEGO sets and models.

The class includes the LEGO Master Builder Academy Kit and space designer to help you start your journey to better LEGO building.

Bricks 4 Kidz Irvine Stop Motion Mini Camp at UC Irvine
January 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 2013 from 1:00pm – 4:00pm
Recommended ages 6 – 11 years

Lights, camera, LEGO action!

In this creative class, students will plan, script, stage, shoot and produce their own mini-movie using Stop Motion Animation while working as a team.

Students use LEGO bricks to tell a story, complete with music, special effects and LEGO mini-figurine characters.

Using LEGO components, kids will get to build the set and props, then shoot and produce their own file with a digital camera. Teams will use movie-making software to add special effects, titles, credits and more.

When the movie is complete, campers will get to impress friends and family with a screening party on the last day of camp.  The camp will also include plenty of LEGO based games, challenges, and time for free-play with a giant tub of LEGOS.

Typically this 3 day camp would be $99, but if you email customercare@bricks4kidzirvine.com to register and mention Tiny Oranges, you can sign up for only $79!

I think both of these camps would be such a fun way to keep the kids busy at the end of Winter Break. Plus, aren’t those GREAT deals on the price?  But again, space is limited, and you have to register by 12/21/12, so sign up ASAP if interested.

They can also send you a gift certificate to wrap up under the tree if you request it! Hope this helps bring a creative idea to you for this holiday season.

During the holidays and all the year through, Bricks 4 Kidz Irvine also offers afterschool programs, preschool classes, field trips and birthday parties.  Visit their website for more information at www.bricks4kidz.com/california-irvine.
