We just got this new baby monitor and it ROCKS! Our old Summer video one was SUPER static-y, and after two years, one night it just stopped working. I used to get woken up periodically throughout the night, not by my daughter, but by the static and constant noise on our monitor. I went online and found some consumer reviews that said this one was a great choice one for its value and clarity. It uses new DECT 6.0 technology, which means zero interference, static, noise and won’t pick up your neighbor’s phone calls! It is literally clear as a bell and has a range of 1000 feet. If you are sick and tired of your static-y monitor, I can’t more highly recommend this one. And, at roughly $59.99 it is a total deal! We got ours at Babies R Us(in store, but they also sell online.) Just Google “Safety 1st High Def Monitor” for lots of different sites that sell it. I saw it from anywhere between $49.99 – $74.99.
