This is one of those finds that had me exclaim, “are you serious??” I didn’t know the Montage Laguna Beach offered something like this for OC locals! And when I have those moments I get excited because I am able to SHARE these super finds with you!

Minted Holiday Cards & Giveaway!
For those of you who have been reading my blog, you know how much I love holiday photo cards. It’s a tiny obsession.
I get a rush when I get the mail in December. I quickly throw aside anything that is not a holiday card, then I sit with my stack of photo cards and open and appreciate each one and then carefully display them so I can see them all throughout the entire month.
I vividly remember a very unique, lovely design last from one of our friends so I quickly turned it over to see which company made such such a super cute card and found Minted. Seriously, oh my holiday cuteness! I could hardly stand it!

Fall to Winter Fashion Must Haves
I feel sort of fashion challenged these days and need all the fashion advice I can get! So when I discovered this amazing local fashion blog, Stylish Dish, written by a fellow OC mommy, I was immediately drawn to it because her styles and features are not only SUPER cute & fashionable but also affordable!
Seeing that I loved her style, I asked Michele to shop and style me for my recent MommytoMommy.tv gig and she found me the cutest ensemble at Loehmann’s. What I loved is that she pulled pieces for me that I would have never thought of, but I absolutely loved. And, Stylish Dish will soon offer personal styling services (virtual/online and live). Stay tuned!

Unplugging for the week!
I try to be pretty consistent with posting 5 days a week, have done so for over two years now, and I LOVE it!
But what that also means is that I am never “off!” Nights, weekends, what have you. So I have made a commitment to myself that two times a year, I am going to take a week off to TOTALLY unplug.
Time to stop and dream. Time to think of new ideas and improvements for my site. Time to refresh and breathe and reflect. Time to be away from the constant checking of everything that is so easily accessible at my fingertips these days!
I just wanted to give you the heads up so that you didn’t wonder WHY there would be no new posts next week.
